Geeran is a neighborhood help platform that allows users to post requests, offer help, communicate with nearby users, and build local community connections.

Geeran is operated by KYNSL. Geeran provides a technology platform only and does not directly provide, supervise, control, employ, endorse, or guarantee users or the services, help, tasks, or activities arranged between users.

Geeran is a platform. We do not directly provide the services posted by users, employ users, supervise user activities, or guarantee the actions of any user.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Geeran. If you are under 18, you should use Geeran only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Geeran complies with applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Create a fake account
• Misrepresent your identity
• Use another person's account
• Share misleading information
• Use Geeran for fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal activity

Users may post help requests, offers, messages, reviews, profile details, and other content.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to post content that is:

• False, misleading, or deceptive
• Harassing, hateful, abusive, or threatening
• Sexually explicit or exploitative
• Discriminatory
• Illegal or promoting illegal activity
• Violating another person's rights
• Spam or unrelated advertising
• Unsafe or harmful

Geeran may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create safety concerns.

Geeran helps users connect, but users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

Before meeting or helping someone, use good judgment. Review profiles, communicate clearly, meet in safe public places when appropriate, and do not share sensitive personal or financial information.

Geeran does not guarantee:

• User identity
• User background
• Quality of help
• Availability of users
• Safety of interactions
• Accuracy of posts
• Completion of any task

If payments, tips, or paid services are supported, users are responsible for agreeing on the amount, scope, timing, and expectations before work begins.

Geeran is not responsible for disputes between users unless a specific paid feature clearly states otherwise.

You may not use Geeran to:

• Break the law
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Discriminate against protected groups
• Post fraudulent requests
• Send spam
• Scrape or copy platform data
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
• Bypass security controls
• Collect user information without permission
• Use the platform for unsafe, dangerous, or exploitative activity

Geeran is not an emergency service.

Do not use Geeran for emergencies, urgent medical needs, immediate safety threats, police matters, fire emergencies, or life-threatening situations.

Call 911 or your local emergency number in an emergency.

Users may leave reviews or ratings based on real interactions.

Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on actual experience. Geeran may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, retaliatory, discriminatory, or unrelated.

Geeran may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, harm other users, misuse the platform, or violate applicable law.

Geeran is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect matching, user reliability, or any specific outcome from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree that any claim, dispute, demand, liability, loss, or legal action related to the use of Geeran must be brought only against KYNSL, and not against any individual founder, officer, employee, contractor, advisor, investor, developer, agent, or representative personally.

No individual associated with Geeran is personally responsible for user conduct, user interactions, posted requests, services arranged between users, payments between users, safety outcomes, disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or any other issue arising from use of the platform, except where personal liability cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYNSL, Geeran, and their founders, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, investors, developers, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from user interactions, user content, service interruptions, third-party actions, disputes between users, payments between users, personal injury, property damage, fraud, misuse of the platform, or unsafe conduct by any user.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Geeran after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
